Easy Recipe: Kitchen Sink Bark for Christmas

The end of the year is here, and we all know that a simple homemade treat is a simple yet pleasant way to bring some holiday cheer to usher in the end of the year. If you’re running short on time, we promise that this Christmas bark is not only fast but really affordable to make with ingredients which you can easily source for at home or your nearby grocery store.

Recipe via The Faux Martha

Ingredients (to serve 6-8 people)
250g dark chocolate
1/2 cup dried fruit
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup mixed nuts
High quality coarse sea salt


  1. Line a baking tray with wax paper and set aside the dried fruit, granola, mixed nuts, and sea salt.
  2. Temper dark chocolate and pour the melted chocolate on to the wax paper, evenly spread it out until the chocolate is approximately 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Let it cool for five minutes and sprinkle the mixture as you please. Leave the mixture out for an hour to fully harden.
  4. You have a Christmas Bark! Cut through the bark according to your desired shape. Store in the fridge before serving.
