Be sure to check your inbox for a verification e-mail! If it’s not in your primary inbox, you might want to check your spam folder.
Click the ‘Verify Now’ link to use your account and start shopping for your office.
SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT
‘My Account’ lets you edit your contact information as well as information pertaining your delivery and billing address.
To access My Account, ensure you are logged in and click the top right corner of our homepage. Select the ‘My Account’ option on the drop down.
Editing your contact information
Under ‘My Account’, you can edit your information under your ‘Account Settings’ by clicking on the first option on the left sidebar.
Once you have entered your details, click the ‘Update Details’ button.
Editing your shipping and billing address
Under ‘My Account”, you can edit your information under your ‘Address Book’ by clicking on the fourth option on the left sidebar.
The ‘Address Book’ lets you add in your delivery address, billing address and any new addresses.
New address tab
Since you are setting up an all new Supplycart account, it’s best to start with the ‘New Address’ tab.
This tab lets you add new delivery and billing addresses.
It’s important to take note of the last two tick boxes before you click ‘Add Address’:
- Lift access: if your office building has elevators, do tick this box as there may be additional delivery charges to for locations without lift access
- Permit requirement: if your office building requires a permit for delivery personnel to enter, do tick this box and we will discuss the permit with you.
Choosing your delivery and billing address
You can determine the type of address you entered as your delivery address or your billing address by switching selecting the address type under the ‘Type’ dropdown.

After you’ve entered you address under the ‘New Address’ tab, it will be listed on the ‘Delivery Address’ and ‘Billing Address’ tab respectively.
Choosing a default shipping and billing address
You have the option of selecting a default address by clicking ‘Set As Default’
Managing your address book
You can edit or delete addresses by clicking the pencil logo or the ‘X’ logo respectively.
If you are purchasing for multiple locations, the ‘Address Book’ feature will come in handy for you to add in addresses of other branches and you can easily select which branch you’d like your office supplies to be delivered to.
